Healing Touch

This power gives the psionicist the ability to heal cuts burns, bruises and similar physical wounds. This can only be used on others and not oneself.
This is almost exactly like the psionic power of Healing, with one difference. Those who specialize as a Healer tend to focus exclusively on bio-psionic powers. The power of Healing Touch is a minor power which a psychic in another psionic role, school, tradition, or specialization can add as part of an eclectic suite of powers. This is why sometimes psychics in a support role with this power are called Medics. Healers don't need to bother with this power and tend to be comparitively more akin to, say, the doctors and nurses of a medical facility or a M.A.S.H. unit. A Medic would be on the front lines as a first responder.
