The Admiral of the Royal Fleet a title given by King of Oslias and a placeholder of a seat on The Conclave of Cérebrael. The Admiral of the Royal Fleet is an advisor charged with commanding the royal fleet. Duties of the Admiral of the Royal Fleet include arranging for the building and maintenance of warships, obtaining crews for the warships, and commanding naval operations. The title was often filled by a person of noble birth who spends much time near or on the water. Captain Gorwin IV Thurndom of House Thurndom is the current Admiral of the Royal Fleet. Captain Gorwin IV is the younger brother of Lord Holim VI Thurndom, Lord of the city of Thurndor in Khambadør. Captain Gorwin IV was selected as The Admiral of the Royal Fleet following his naval expertise during The Promised War fighting against King Nesterin Arasatra and King Varitan Arasatra. Captain Gorwin IV combine part of House Thurndom's fleet and constructed a new fleet of his own after The Promised War. He uses his ancestral ship, The Bearded Whale, as his flagship for The Royal Fleet.
