Harry and the Magical Rabbit

Harry and the Magical Rabbit is a fairy tail wrote in 9,176 by Nenfi Saeathei, an elven author, after she discovered the existence of the Unicorn rabbits. The story is about a young man, Harry, who was penniless but everything changed when he met a magical rabbit.

Summary

Harry, a homeless orphan, was struggling to survive in a prosperous city. On the verge of death, he was saved by a rabbit wearing a magician's hat who introduced himself as a good Samaritan. Not revealing his name, he guides Harry to a shelter in the forest. Teaching him ways to survive in the wild, they came across a bear that wounded the rabbit. With his last strength, he managed to save Harry a second time and defeat the bear. Harry then learned that this rabbit was actually a unicorn who wanted to become a rabbit but who did not succeed completely. Before dying, he gave Harry his horn and told him that she would take him safely to his peers. Harry followed the trail of unicorn bunnies and met them in their kingdom where he lived happily.

Spread

The tale quickly became popular among children to such an extent that goodies were created for the occasion. There is no more shop where you do not sell a stuffed Unicorn rabbit.

Variations & Mutation

There are two other versions of this tale. In the first, it is not the horn but a rabbit's paw that Harry recovers and it is supposed to bring him luck. In the second version, the Kingdom of the Unicorn Rabbits is in danger but was saved thanks to the intervention of Harry who was then crowned king of the kingdom.
