History
Created by the colonizing factions of Meliora in an ill-advised and fated to fail attempt at rebuilding First Earth. An economic superpower, though not the seat of the empire itself. All galactic languages are spoken commonly on Second Earth and it is the last remaining stronghold of original First Earth languages.
