Feerin (Fee-Rin)

"This is what became of the Aegans?"-Calliope Argyris
These were what became of the souls of Aegans lost to the calamity. Reborn, and warped by the flames to have the traits of animals, they remember nought of what befell their primogenitors, going about their day wholly unaware of the state of the other worlds within their solar system. Feerin (and their offshoot, Phlorin) are native to Raxodin. However, due to the various bridges created from the warping of space-time, it is possible to spot subraces of Feerin outside of Raxodin on other worlds.   A unique trait amongst Feerin (and Phlorin) is their ability to exaggerate their bestial traits/forms into certain states. By default, Feerin exist as human(oid)s with minor bestial traits (such as ears, a tail, markings, digitigrade feet, body scaling, etc-- think nekomimi type stuff), this form is known as Facade Form or Masking/Mask From. By choice of will, or triggered by a specific emotional state, Feerin will, as mentioned above, exaggerate their bestial traits, with the hard limit becoming an anthropomorphic beast (think standard werewolf depiction in video games), this is known as Breaking/Break Form.   Ordinary Feerin are hard limited at Break Form, but those who attain a certain level of magic may push Break even further into a full bestial state (think feral type stuff or Twilight's specific depiction of werewolves), this is known as True Form. Now I say Feerin have that hard limit, but Phlorin are different in regards to forms and a few other things, so I'll get into that on their own page.
