Session 21: Terror of the Town Report

General Summary

Magnar enters the house and looks through the pantry for some food.   Near a pile of trinkets magnar finds some pieces of torn off paper which seems to have been messed with by someone/something. Archi joins Magnar but he doesn't recorgnize anything. Arne wakes up and also doesn’t recognize anything at all.     The group decides to head to the inn to get some breakfast where they hear that since 3 days different murders have been happening. The victims (Margarette, Jacques, Melinda) were, stabbed to death with cut marks. Over the past few nights people have been reporting small items disappearing like rings and gloves. People reported seeing someone having looking out of the windows from Reolusses old house.     There have been reports saying someone came from the roof and used the tree to enter and exit the house. It seems to be some humanoid shape.     After some research they find some oil on the mirror after Archi touches the mirror and a man holding some stones shows up and throws the stones through the mirror surface.   Archi decides to pick-up a stone and tries to identify them. But not able to identify them at all. Archi offers the stone to Arne but Arne decides to not touch the stone as the dude was wearing gloves while touching/handing the stones. Which will make Arne not wanting to touch the stone.   Archi puts on some gloves and then puts the stone back where he found it.     The group decides to visit Pier & Gurtrude (midnight oil burners).     After getting information from the married couple, the group decides to ask the priest Edward to come take a look at the mirror.     Edward explains that the stones are Leviathan's Flesh and that they are powerful corrupted items. He picks up the stones in a bag and suggests to place the mirror where they came from into the churches basement.   At which point a man shows up in the mirror looking angry, at which point Edward mentions that the man could be le Marchand. He is suspected of killing a member of the Fitzsimons family.     Archi gives Annabel (his doll) to Edward to check out, Edward finds an interesting writing on the inside.     Archi then hides Annabel, and the group checks out the bag that was found with the trinkets. Afterwards the group takes the mirror to the church.     When returning the group decides to hang out around Magnars house to watch their other house to see if a creature comes out of it. Arne puts an alarm spell on it to be waken up if something moves out of the top of the house via the tree.     The next day there seems to be some stuff changed from the bag of holding that Archi has. Like 2 silver pieces seem to be replaced with some weird stone.     After some discussion they think that the bag of holding which is the last artifact that is left is the last suspicious item that they need to check. Magnar enters into the bag and finds nothing inside so he crawls out of the bag. Archi casts light on Magnar and he goes back in. After which Magnar finds out that he can breathe in the bag of holding.     The group sets up a trap and waits until the night, during the night Magnar wakes up Arne and Archi as the turtle of Rukk has disappeared. Magnar enters the bag of holding that Rukk has and inside he gets attacked by a creature. While retreating Magnar calls for the attention of Arne and Archi after which a fight breaks out.     After a small fight ensues after which the group decides to get the bags blessed because they might have become corrupted by using them wrongly.   Magnar and Archi take the bags t oEdward the Monk, with Archi uses his Arcana with Edward's help to bless the bags. This temporarily stops any chance for the dreaded Bagman to get in & out of the two bags.
