Menelaus

Menelaus isn’t a founding member of the The Trident Coalition, but one of the few colonies that comes close to being as important and influential. The capital, Aerope, is the largest major city on any Coalition colony, and it’s where people from the surrounding star systems go for things they don’t find at home, but don’t want to go all the way to Sisyphus Prime, Tantalus Prime or Prometheus.
The fact that it's away from the founding worlds has a little drawback too, and that is that criminal elements go there to conduct some of their more shady operations because it's easier for them to get away with it there.
