President Tolm LeNoir

Tolm LeNoir was the President of Gregory Tumbleton University during the Great Dragon War, taking office in 1491.
LeNoir became a dean of Gregory Tumbleton University in 1483. In 1491, following the retirement of the previous President, LeNoir assumed the position.
During the Raid on Tumbleton, LeNoir attempted to manage the defense of the town from within the university's walls. He helped secure the aid of four of his students, Mariana Goldfinch, Malachor, Legolass, and Amber, in saving the water mill and rescuing civilians outside of the Aethercore's shield. At the height of the raid, the raid party's leader, Cyanwrath, demanded LeNoir's surrender to spare the lives of Eyleth Veral, Sella Kinclaith, Russae, and Ransolm. However, Mariana Goldfinch dueled Cyanwrath one-on-one in LeNoir's place, on the condition that the prisoners would go free no matter what. After her subsequent defeat, Cyanwrath ended his assault on the town.

Though seemingly well meaning, LeNoir has proven to be fairly oblivious, neither catching the treachery of his professor Don Rel nor the Harper affiliations of another professor, Ser Vich.
