Twice Lucky Slots, on Werner and 17th, is a luxurious club and gambling den in The Lowlands.

Purpose / Function

The first three floors of bars, dance halls and backroom games of chance are open to the public, and offer some of the best entertainment in the Lowlands. Above that, there are two floors of private halls, open only to members of The Syndicate and their guests. The top floor is reserved for the Jade Scorpion herself, on the rare occasions when she has business at street level. The upper floors are heavily guarded by Syndicate enforcers, with teams controlling all entrances and patrols keeping an eye on the patrons. The lower levels often have little to no security, usually provided by the Steel Panthers.
