Cadoc

The dwarven region of Cadoc forms the front line for hostilities between the east and the west. The Bronze clan of Dwarves hold political power and enlists the Rock Gnomes of Glittergold Hold to defend the realms of order and law. Human and elf settlements can be found in eastern Cadoc and fall under Bronze authority.
The king of the Bronze Clan rules with an iron fist from his fortress city of Bronzehome. Dwarves run massive mining operations in the mountains here and grow rich from exportation of minerals (firegold/ fossilized dragonscale). The Goliath tribes believe mining the mountains to be sacrilege and oppose the Bronze clans mining efforts whenever possible.
Cadoc is a region of tight security and strict order. Armed guards patrol main roads at all times and not a single gold coin goes unaccounted for at Goldshore. Pirates and bandits are a rare sight here. All travelers are subject to being questioned and searched without cause.
