Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Bālthazar is a tall lean muscular Humanoid being. His skin is light brown, worn, and seared with the stomach acids of many creatures whom he has often found himself digested by. His right arm was amputated, shoulder and all, supported now by an artificial golden robotic one, although he does not sleep with it on. Scars and cuts and bruises mark his body like tally marks on a board, each one earned through countless battles with Imperial Knights, shattered demigods, and all manner of Monster and Daemon that lurk just beyond Yggdrasil. His body, from head to toe, bears sigils and runic spells, Magical seals and wards he uses to protect his inherently weak body against harm. The palm of his left hand has been stained red, matching the red-stained right palm of his Lady Wife, Madrobera David, proof of their marriage and a small spell of protection shared between lovers.
Body Features
- Balthazar's entire right arm from the shoulder down is gone, lost in his fight against the Green Knight. It was replaced with a golden prosthesis developed by his wife, Lady Madrobera.

- The Óðinnsight: The Right Eye of Odin: The Right Eye of Odin has been bathed in the waters of the Well of Wisdom in Mímisbrunnr for centuries, giving it the ability to peer across time and space, both backward and forwards, granted that the mind can handle such a perception. This power is guided by Destiny, allowing the Eye to read the pattern of reality, itself dictated by Fate, and derive past patterns and predict future patterns to such a high degree of accuracy. In the absence of Fate/Destiny, the best the Eye can do is help the user make educated guesses based on said patterns.

Personal history
When the SOUL that would become Bālthazar was born, it was split at birth by Destiny, in an attempt to weaken him and prevent the birth of a being capable of defying the Chains of Fate. The first half of the SOUL was Musfazar as-Saaher ibn Mustafar ibn Mustazari Al Kobashigawa al-Bayt Carpathia born to Lord Mustafar of the Kobashigawa Clan within the Carpathia House of the vándrgarðr (evil + dwelling) Realm, a minor colony Realm of Vanaheimr itself. Musfazar was born a good form but lacked any significant Witchcraft. The other was Abu Eushāwyn Bāldwyn al-Qatil at-Tinnin ibn Bālkyth Al Ettlinger on the planet Mars in Midgard to Carmen Ettlinger. Bāldwyn was born with a weak form, though good Witchcraft.

Bill was trained by his Master to never draw his blade unless he is prepared to use it. The sword can be a weapon with which life can be taken or a tool by which lives can be saved. But it is not a form of intimidation or a fear-tactic. Bālthazar is a Knight, fear is the tool of the weak and cowardly.Bill's morality and philosophy are deeply rooted in the teachings of his Master, which emphasize the responsible and judicious use of his blade. For Bill, drawing his sword is a decision that should never be taken lightly, as he understands the immense power it wields. He believes that a sword can be a double-edged instrument, capable of both taking life and saving it. And as the founder of The Republic of Imperial Mars , stretching many star systems, he holds the title of Amir al-Mawarid and is paid an Imperial Tax from each system he controls.

When he was raised to the title of Master Knight, commander of the 21st Division of the Order of the Dragon, his payment from the Dragon Empire was adjusted accordingly. As a Division Master of the Order of the Dragon, he is granted an estate on the Dragon Order homeworld, Obbairia, staffed by the planetary locals. However, because he is not often there, the Obbairia Estate is usually under the care of one of his Chapter Captains, usually Captain Josefumi.
