  Ardanese was once one of the most spoken languages in the Western Lands when the Kingdom of Ardania. But now it is a remnant of what it used to be with the empire being the dominant power in the land. Making it a secondary language for it's native people as they are using Vasili more than before.  

Language of the South

  Ardanese is consider one of the most used languages in the southern lands of the west. Making one of the most ethically centered languages in an entire region let alone an half a continent for centuries and even millennia with very few other languages competing with it. Ardania being isolated for centuries also helped in preserving it as speak a foreign language other than what was native in the region was considered rare.  

Diverse Groupings

  Ardanese is not a single language for Ardanians, it is actually been divided into subgroups across the region by different peoples across Ardania. Creating different words and meanings to them, along with accents that picked up from these differences.
