Richard Fayyingtworn Junglenoodle was praised for his thesis, The Possibility of a Multiversal Reality from our Present Science. But his theories about there being more than one dimension would be confirmed when a spirit from another plane met him at a coffeehouse and instructed him to make an organization focused on Dimensional safety.
He founded the Council right before his world was destroyed in a globe-shaking war.
