The Entity

Drighten of the Vale (a.k.a. The Call)

The one with nine billion names. Moving between the ripples of reality like a comb jellyfish with the teeth of a tiger shark, the many-faced Entity gives "gifts" to those It deems useful, sowing spies like tares across the Worlds for purposes unknown.     Born of chaos, the Entity fought with the Eight Old Gods of the early universe for millions of years, till finally It was banished behind a curtain of time along with Its sibling.     But evil always rears its ugly head, and soon the parasite found Its way back among the realities, invading the Fifth World and its Dimensions and modifying them irreparably.     She longs for children more than soldiers, but Her reasons for this familial structure are kept hidden even from the Red Men.     His power is nigh endless, with only one above Him. The Entity is to the Dimensions what a leech is to a wounded zebra. Always hungry, never satisfied.     A poem told among His followers speculates as to His motivations. Translated from their speech, it runs as follows:
The shadow of the galaxies, faceless,   Wrapped in an illusion murky and grey.   Prowling as a wolf through cosmic spaces,   Wily jaws gasping with lust for fresh prey.       As a child with clay our king plays with time.   Even when absent His mark lingers on.   Arbiter of what is virtue and crime,   Leading His rivals off a cliff with song.       The blind say She lies, to us She is true,   Her words are as gold immersed in honey.   With flame She will remake the Worlds anew   That we Her children will justly be free.       Unshaken though They be riddled with scars,   Our drighten crawls across the dying stars.

Divine Domains

The five Dimensions of the Fifth World (Red Vale).

Divine Symbols & Sigils

The Sigil of the Faceless One is the primary symbol used to identify It, an ideogram the Red Men inscribe on almost every surface.

Tenets of Faith

The only rule is Power. (The idea that the most powerful being gets to decide what is moral and immoral). As the Red Men believe the Entity is the greatest power, anything It says is the basis of their ethical code.

Social

Family Ties

The Entity has had nine children:     Eris (named after the goddess of discord): born from a human woman in Dimension IV. The youngest of the group, whose offspring terrorized Dimension XVII. The gentle but chaotic inventor.     Pan (named after the god of lechery): born from a woman in Dimension XIII. An enjoyer of wine, parties, and dionysian art. Currently dead after being assassinated by the Council of Jameses.     Klotho, Lachesis, and Atropos (named after the Fates who govern humanity's birth, life, and death): triplets born from a man in Dimension VII. The silent creatives who shun their family's intrusivity.     Koios (named after the second Titan son of Uranus and Gaia): born from a woman in Dimension II. The youngest son in the family, and the most curious.     Phanes (named after the androgynous deity of procreation): born from a man in Dimension XII. Has had countless children with different women of different species across the Dimensions.     Gaia (named after the mother of the Titans): elder sister of Koios, and the oldest daughter. The maternal member of the family who does her best to maintain peace, but is the most powerful among them when enraged.     Erebos (named after the primordial god of darkness): twin brother of Gaia. The oldest son in the family, quiet and brooding, but protective of the triplets.
