Aydah

A snowbound expanse of mountains and valleys compromised roughly out of the pre-Return regions of northern Idaho, southeastern British Columbia, northeastern Washington, and northwestern Montana.

Geography

Aydah is a mountainous and cold land. While the peaks are frigid, rocky and uninhabitable to all but the hardiest creatures, the wide, densely forested valleys provide harbor to a rich ecosystem. Snow covers the ground eight months of the year, but many of the rivers and lakes that litter the region remain thawed year-round, warmed by strange, primordial magic that lurks beneath the surface. Floating islands hover over the region, charged with the raw magic of the land.
