Night Bear

A night bear is a small, black bear native the Diira River Delta and the forests to the south.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The night bear has black fur that appears to have stars and planets showing through it. It is shaped like a black bear, with a long snout, a round body, and long claws.

Ecology and Habitats

The night bear lives chiefly in forested areas and is mostly found in the southern forests of the Hinterlands, although it can also be found in the Diira River Delta and in the grasslands to the north.

The night bear prefers to live near trees, where it can escape from predators as well as eat fruit and honey. The night bear is good climber.

Dietary Needs and Habits

The night bear eats fruit, honey, small animals, and fish. It mainly hunts foxes and marsh hare. During the spring and summer it eats mainly fruit.
