Zâiriel Windstride
Zâiriel was a Frost Giant with a powerful blend of air and water magic, and after spending her youth inland in the windswept mountains, she grew to year for the sea. When she was grown, she said goodbye to the mountain camp and set off toward the coast. It didn't take her long to find her way to Lospen, a beautiful little village on The Shimmering Sea that sparkles like crystal under the silver and gold sparks.
She expected to travel somewhat more, but as soon as she arrived in Lospen she met Tûdir. Sweet, kind, generous, and far more tender than one would expect from one of his strength, she found herself warming to him immediately, and within a week she had no desire to travel further than this shore.
After her mortal love passed, she traveled north to walk with her sorrow, before finding the ultimate frozen shore, The Long Death Road on Lif's Bridge along the Gaw, where sightings of her in the mountains are still sometimes reported to this day.
