The Spider Alliance
The Spider Alliance is an alliance between three major galactic powers: Malum Auctori, Nurn, and Donerth. It's well known that the Auctori lead this alliance, and that the vast majority of actions that the Spiders (as they are colloquially known) make are at Malum Auctori's behest. However, the Spiders rarely take direct action as an alliance, and instead find themselves predominantly utilising the alliance during Galactic Bridges and the like to support one another's motions.
Aurora Obrianna, Isaac Robinson, and Calder are the current leaders of this alliance. They are believed to formally meet with one another every quarter, however their subordinates communicate and collaborate daily. Recently, the three Worlds have begun mobilising their armies and training together in case of a galactic war, though no official statement about the Spiders' intent to wage war has been announced.
The last time they made a major action as an alliance was shortly after The Split, where they declared that all Yilvykian clans were unwelcome in Spider space (A.K.A. the Sericum, Gelu, and Unda Systems) and are all considered roaming criminal gangs. These clans are deemed hostile by the Spiders and are in turn treated with hostility. While it has been many years since this decree was made, there has been no indication that the Spiders are to waver on their stance. It is Mundi's opinion that this act has only served to heighten political tensions across the galaxy, and if this position was walked back there might yet be a chance for peace within the Pontision System.
