Barren Stand Regiment

Nurn's largest military outpost, Barren Stand Regiment, stands in isolation on Nurn's surface. It is the largest known military structure within The Pontision System, to the point that it is considered a city by the Nurnites. Residents of Barren Stand are required to remain within the confines of the outpost for a minimum of fifteen years upon arrival. Despite being given permission to leave after those fifteen years many residents choose to remain in Barren Stand, many even starting families and raising children within the outpost. The majority of new Nurnite technology is developed within this outpost.
