The Council

The Council is a meeting of representatives of all races. It was initiated by by the godking as a gesture of giving the other races a voice in the importand political matters. In fact however they are symbols of the supremacy of the human race as they all together can not outrule the godking´s choice. Also sending a representative is not a voluntary act but compulsory, at least for the mortal races, while the immortal spirits show up as they like.
The godking finally expelled the spirits completely from the Council when during a session one of the spirits of the wood refused to follow a direct order to hand over the stronghold in the misty mountains where all the divine weapons were kept. In an act of rage the godking accused all the immortals spirits of stealing the humans the chance of defeating the demons during the great demonwar themselves. All the immortal spirits leave the Council peacefully which is often counted to be a miracle and given credit for to the spirits of the wood for leaving peacefully first and asking the others to do the same in order to avoid spilling the blood of innocents.

This session of the Council is often seen to be the beginning of the downfall of the dynasty of the godking.

Structure

The Council is led by the godking. He is supported by some of the Iron Lords during each session. All other races are allowed only one representative which has to be attendant at every session. Altough all the parties have a vote the godking always has the right to make any decision
