Iron Lords

The iron lords belong to the nobility as much as to the cleric. They are the true ruling power of the realm of he godking and the true force behing all decisions. They have the power to put a new godking in place anytime and also command the entire army.

History

The remainder of the nobility of the human race decided after the end of the first Order to work together to gain power. One of their main motives was their fear and envy at the Dark elves as they had been entrusted with guarding the Souldestroyer. They made use the respect and fear of the divine after the summoning of the Souldestroyer by the immortal spirits. Putting the godking as chosen by the highest divine power in the official role of a leader kept all mankind from daring to revolt supression and left them to act as they wished.

Demography and Population

During the second Order all the Land and its inhabitants are ruled by the godking . Most of the land is given to mankind, only few places with mostly hostile climate are given to the oher races to populate. In later years governing of the land east to the Great Divide is assigned to another ruler under the godking for the sheer size of the Land made communication into hose far lands impossible.

Religion

The True Faith is the only accepted religion under the godking . Any other believes are strictly forbidden and suppressed by military force. Especially against the followers of the church of the equal radical actions were taken
