Rose Town

A floating city in the city of Arkham

History

Before the Grate Confluence event Rose town was a cruise ship owned by the Palisade entertainment company called the Palisades Rose. When the Confluence event happened the cruise ship was docked at port just two days before it was scheduled to set sail. After the city was thrown into chaos the Palisade Rose cruise ship was commandeered by the Watchdogs to be used as a living quarter for civilians looking for safety. As more time went the former cruise ship became one of the Watchdog's most important settlements in the city.
