Arkham Underground
Underneath the city of Arkham is a vast tunnel network of sewers, catacombs, warehouses, bunkers, maintenance tunnels and more. All these underground structures serve many uses but have created many other issues. The Vast tunnel network has become a city itself some say that Arkham is two cities an upper city and lower city.

The Arkham Underground is the poorest part of the city and has the highest amount of crime in the city it has become a haven for many criminal gangs, secret societies and maniacs, but also for the very poor and desperate.
