Eastern Yōkai Alliance

The Eastern Yōkai Alliance (東方妖怪連合, Tōhō Yōkai Rengō) is an organization of yōkai banded together for the expressed purpose of bringing down Western influence in the supernatural world. Led by Karen Matsumoto, their initial goal is the defeat of the yōkai that reigns over the Western yōkai world, the "Queen of the Night" Nosferatu Lucía Fernández.

Structure

Karen Matsumoto is the Supreme Commander of the Alliance. Directly underneath her are the Four Heavenly Kings (四天王, shitennō): Ibaraki-dōji (the General of Air), Sun Qi Tian (the General of Earth), Watatsumi (the General of Water), and Ren Zhi (the General of Fire). Each general is in charge of a division, and within each division are different species of yōkai.
