Wizard's conical hat *WIP*

• Both wizard's and witch's hats are conical, but the main difference between the two is the inclution of a brim or not. Wizards' are meant for indoors use where a brim would block light and make reading and studying people and books hard.
• Why pointed, though? What purpose did the point or having a high hat serve?
