Cantref Hels
A Cantref of Cunedda, along the southern border with the Kingdom of Mathrafal. The Uchelwr of Hels has been particularly flagrant in ignoring King Rhys ap Maelgwn's prohibition against raiding across the southern border, and seems intent on inciting a war between Cunedda and Mathrafal.
