Demographics
The population of Nabokon is quite low, with most people transporting in via the Rails for work and then leaving again. A few that choose to farm Qezun live out on the edges of the city, enduring severe heat or cold depending on which side they are on. The majority of the population is made up of highly paid, work-obsessed programmers and engineers who live and breathe their employment of choice. For them, they have reached their life's goal and have pushed their interests to become obsessions in order to have to skills to reach this level: why would they ever leave?
Industry & Trade
Due to the prestigious state of the district, a few companies of various business types including banks and legal firms have settled their headquarters here. These few corporations are eclipsed several times over by the local cybernetics industry, the pride and foundation of the planet's economy. The lower levels of the towers are often factories that churn out metal arms, legs and circuitry without ceasing, while the upper levels provide gleaming glass parks and pristine offices for well-educated Verthani to design the latest tech.
Guilds and Factions
No small corporations can be found here - only the biggest and baddest, or else those that choose not to register or do not take up space: criminal gangs and contract hackers.
