Bokoblin Species in The Hylian Fantasy | World Anvil

Bokoblin

A bulbous-headed creature of malevolent intention native to Hyrule. The Bokoblin are members of the genus Blin and as such are closely related to their cousins: The larger Mo'blin and the more intelligent Bulblin.   Bokoblin can be identified by their predominant, pig-like snout, long, sometimes floppy ears, beady, widely set eyes, and massive toothy grin. This is all set upon a nearly spherical skull that seems to hang from a thick, muscular neck. While a standing Bokoblin may appear small, if one stretches to their full, erect height, they can tower over many Hylians. This rarely happens, of course. These monsters are not particularly strong, but make up for that with a heightened sense of aggression and massive numbers. Finding a single Bokoblin by themselves, far away from any others, is nearly unheard of.
