Jarl in the Northern Territories Blood Of Ulfursson (a.k.a. The Iron Hand, Guardian of the North)

Named after Áki Te Tueta Vilhjálmur and good friend of his father Ulfur 2nd of the Blood. Like his father he was a strong and respect warrior. Unlike his father, Vilhjál was quite intelligent and knew that the northern territories could not be held if something didn't change. As a result he would go on to found the Iron Warriors. Working with the dwarves of "", they came up with thicker amour that was both stronger and didn't affect the bearers movement.

In 120 EM, Áki te Tueta "" came to see Vilhjál in Tuvrick. The Áki arrived and told Vilhjál that if he was to reclaim the Iron Keep that he would make him Jarl in the Northern Territories and all after him as long as they held the north.
