The Pledge to the Federation
This document is signed by every member of the The World Federation of Quantan. It is the backbone of trust and cooperation in the federation. Without its steady hand, the WFQ would fall prey to internal strife and distrust.
When a member swears into the federation, they must attend a ceremony centered around the signing of the document. Once the pledge is signed, the symbol of the WFQ is tattooed onto the wrist of the signer, and their name is engraved is a massive stone slap that holds the name of every federation member that ever lived.
Every member of the WFQ must sign the pledge from the president, to the judges, to the late-hours janitors.

Most Quantanians think that the pledge is a good idea. It is the main reason that federation members are trusted so much.
