Iryck Marrowgleam (EYE-rick)
(a.k.a. The Ba'athorog)
Iryck Marrwogleam is the current leader of Gild Bloodgrove based primarily in southern Unenshuut. Having inherited the position from his father in 996AC when he passed from the Bitter Hand, under his leadership he has taken their strengths of territory and trade agreements and prosperity and pushed the gild to new, near-monopolistic heights that have led it to become the strongest gild in the Cartel. He is already regarded as a sort of de-facto head of the Cartel, and is a member of the Keeping of Keismeb (the exploitation of which has required he take a permanent residence there).
Iryck has gained a reputation as a ruthless but fair leader for whom it takes a significant amount of provocation to elicit the typical eova tendencies of impulsiveness, risk-taking, and violence, and his business savvy and youth make him all the more formidable. He has earned the nickname 'the Ba'athorog' for his cold and ruthless mannerisms.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Athletic build, strong. Generally regarded as handsome by eova standards.
Facial Features
Hair has been shaven except for long mohawk from front hairline to crown, which is usually tightly braided to his scalp; this is to keep the tattoo on the back of his head visible. Prefers to be cleanshaven. Large leaf-shaped, up- and out-turned ears typical of eova, skin pigment darkening toward tapered tips.
Identifying Characteristics
Left canine deliberately inked red in the tradition of all heads of the Marrowgleam family as a coming-of-age ceremony. His eye coloring is unusual for eova.
Practices the skin-deadening tattooing technique of many eova: fingers from tip to middle knuckle are black; back of head has been deadened in the shape of a half-grinning Ba'athorog face; ~2" Bloodgrove crest centralized between clavicles.
