The Royal Sky Guard of the North

The Royal Sky Guard of the North is an official military branch of Palora trained by and operated in cooperation with Culland Dragonriders. They use a system of Flight license scarves to control airspace use. Captain Vythvyr "Deadbolt" Reinvelle is the captain of the division that oversees the skies around The City of Hinterweil.
