Four monstrous creatures that have lived their whole lives in an isolated valley have been selected by an automaton to serve a dying dragon.
Once a goddess of time, the dragon had her heart stolen from her by a human man who wielded the power of belief like a weapon. His name was Von Rythmann. Now, the dragon goddess had fallen into a coma for a year before she will die, telling the four newly minted adventurers that they must got to Von Haven to find this man and either kill him or remove her heart's essence from him before she passes away, giving him the power to use her time-warping power for his own goals.
