Jegotara
Geography
Jegotara is a region on the Ageron Coast. It is home to many human cities, which are mostly supported by coastal activities. These include pearl diving, whale hunting, turtle harvesting, and crab-armouring. Ships are renowned for their speed and hold capacity, with several famous shipyards in the region. Underwater coastal caves hide sunken Elven cities- some of which still poke out into the sea (creating navigation hazards) or merge into modern towns.
Jegotara has several cities in it, including Xaris. The River Chant forms the west border with Ithiliae, the River Sire forms the north with Aisthlonel, and the River Sylpaut forms the east with Proukakan. Jegotara is also bordered by Tackapan to the south-east.
