Eistros

Eistros, also called the Fantasy Nexus, or the Haven. This continent is massive, taking up half the globe, and is home to all mythologicals found and attacked by humans. It is also invisible, thanks to the efforts of the races that live there. At some point in the past, the races banded together to create an incredibly powerful illusion-repulsion hybrid spell, which, in addition to making the continent invisible, also instills an irrestistible urge to turn back in all who approach it. The spell requires monthly maintenance, or it will fail. The continent itself has a little bit of everything: desert, swamp, active lava zones and volcanoes, floating islands here and there. The continent is mainly forest though, and was home to mostly the elven, the Fae, and the dryads before the explosion of refugees. The elves were…unhappy…with this arrangement, to say the least, but eventually accepted it once the War went global.

Geography

Eistros is the most diverse of all twelve continents, and has a bit of everything. Desert, swamp, forest, lava zones, plains, hills, mountain ranges, and floating islands.

Fauna & Flora

Eistros has become home to nearly every magical creature since the Great War between humans and mythologicals. Most of them are not entirely happy there, but have nowhere else to go, and there's more than enough space on the continent for them. At least until the war is over. Non-magical creatures can be found here in excess as well, and the animal depends on its environment. Numerous forms of plant life grow everywhere.
