One of the leaders of the Mists of Faramund, Smoky Mirror is Faramund's most wanted criminal. A notorious thief with a huge bounty on her head, whose name and identity are unknown.
Terrorising the Trade Winds Guild, people tried locking her behind bars. But she seems to always slip away shortly after whenever she does get caught.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Authorities describe her as a Smokesoul Sylph with pitch black hair and feverish yellow eyes. A downright ghoulish appearance, with her skin flaking off into dust and smoke.
Though, her full identity is a mystery as she keeps her face hidden behind a mask and cloak, if not changed entirely with magic into a different person. So even if people know how she looks, they only know one form out of potential hundreds.
Special abilities
Thanks to her heritage, Smoky Mirror lacks a solid physical form, acting more akin to literal smoke. This allows her to vanish into thin air or sneak through small gaps.
Alongside that comes some minor arcane knowledge, giving her access to some illusionary spells. Both to disguise herself or even to trick the senses by creating audiovisual illusions.
Specialized Equipment
Her skills give the woman the tools to infiltrate and steal with ease. Most of it gets hidden on her person, from small daggers beneath her sleeves to a false tooth hiding a smoke grenade. Every time she gets caught, people find different tools hidden on her.
As for weapons, she specialises in a chain-sickle, used for both direct combat and as a grappling tool. Ideal for not only climbing buildings but also piercing, slashing and even bludgeoning people with the weight at the other end. A deadly weapon for any occasion.

The fabled thief thrives on the idea of terrorising the upper class of Faramund, to make them aware of how fleeting their wealth truly is. Though she does indulge in some of that luxury, wanting to experience the fancy life for herself.

The Sylph is a rather skillful individual that knows how to adapt fast to her situation. Able to make split-second decisions, allowing her to know when to act and when to disengage.
She is also willing to always go up for a challenge. Rarely putting one down, she enjoys testing herself and seeing what her limits can make her achieve at any time.
Vices & Personality flaws
She has somewhat of a god complex, believing herself to be better than those around her. This can make her difficult to work with, if not rather frustrating to be a subordinate. In a similar manner, she is also notoriously selfish and ditches people at a moment’s notice. This leads to her allies getting caught while she escapes, and has sullied any trust her gang has in her.
All of this comes together with her infamy as a risk taker. Acting before she thinks, pulling dangerous stunts and often having others clean up after her.

As one of the leading thieves of the Mists of Faramund, Smoky Mirror has many connections to the city’s underbelly. Whether they be more infamous criminals or the lesser street rats who wash ashore at the docks. All of which giving her eyes and ears across the capital.
She also has some ties with the merchants of the city’s black market. Providing her with information about the things getting sold and knowing which people to rob them from.

As far as she or anyone else is aware, Smokey does not have any living family members. With her mother passing away at a young age, she grew up an orphan amongst the lower class of Faramund. Her closest form of family are the gangs of the capital.

Smoky is a woman of few words, to the point some people never have heard her speak. Being a mute, she instead communicates through gestures and writing.
Those that did hear her speak describe her voice as gruff and raspy. Short of breath, struggling to even talk at points. Leading to concerns about her supposed health.
