Thal’shara
Thal'shara is one of the Free Cities of Al-Khet located in the Osirion Wastes. It is ruled by a number of Trading Houses.
Known for its sprawling Trading Houses, Thal'shara is a city of deals and deception, where the powerful families trade in more than mere goods—they traffic in secrets, alliances, and influence. Nestled against rocky plateaus, Thal’shara is protected by natural barriers and prides itself on its self-sufficiency. Its Trading Houses vie for dominance, with each house maintaining private armies and intelligence networks to guard their assets. Here, merchants are bound to no law but their own, and the city has become notorious for its black markets, where anything can be bought for the right price.
