The Artist's Aspect

Ellion Dula, the Artist's Aspect, is the large island in the middle of Nessur's Eye. It is home to Syoll's Heart, the cultural and political capital of Syoll. The Artist's Aspect is most popular among aspiring and successful performers like bards or actors, artistic schools, colleges, and groups are based here.
Due to its central location, Ellion Dula also makes a perfect location for headquarters or main bases for organisations, for example the Silent Shepherds or the Pirate Hunters. 

Culture

Dulans are advocates of both freedom and collaboration. In comparison to the Colliennan idea of a home and shared community, however, Dulan collaboration implies a more professional or acquainted relationship, which does not hold as much import. The culture mainly centres around the arts and entertainment, as well as the freedom to be oneself. They are generally an accepting and open people, very often regarded as eccentric or strange in the eyes of other Syollans.

Demography and Population

The population of Ellion Dula is one of the most diverse, with a large age range and people from all across Syoll. It also has the highest number of non-Syollan inhabitants, mostly from the Thanbonine Isles. The people are relatively spread out across the land, with very few heavily populated cities (apart from Syoll's Heart). 

Agriculture & Industry

Ellion Dula is the only aspect besides Farmer's Triumph to be a reliable source of agricultural produce. It has quite a few farms, especially in the western half, which mainly help sustain the people with enough food. Next to this, Ellion Dula has a very big fishing industry, which adds to their exports. 

Trade & Transport

Trade with other aspects relies entirely on ships and airships. There are a few large port towns in Ellion Dula, and it has two major airship ports, one in Syoll's Heart, the other in Eldera. Ellion Dula additionally has a trade agreement with the Thanbonine Isles, which gives them a unique opportunity compared to other aspects. The agreement essentially establishes a foundation for weapons and certain raw materials to be traded between the isles and Ellion Dula.

Education

Ellion Dula has a unique school system, basing heavily off practical experience rather than theoretical knowledge. While some criticise this system, most see a great deal of advantages, and have argued that it should be adopted throughout the whole country. For the matter of higher education, Ellion Dula is only really ideal for the arts. While larger universities and research groups do exist (and are not held in low regard), most individuals choose to move to other aspects for higher education.
