Anoomenon Dead Spires
The Dead Spires region of Anoomenon is a wilderness area, within the city walls but in the far north and west consisting of almost untouched sandstone spires, reflecting aspects of what is thought to have been the original geology which both inspired and provided materials for the construction of the city. It is used as a quarry zone when fresh stone is required for repairs in the city, an operation managed in the early part of the 32nd century by Baron Simeon Brending.
