The 8th Omoikane rules the Land of the Great Tree with an almost tyrannical force. She is a beneficent tyrant, but is the ultimate law of the land. She inherited the title from the 7th shortly after the onset of the The Plague of Silmora and has been fairly reclusive over her life as the Omoikane.
