The Lull Amidst The Storm
I feel as if I am barely keeping these people alive. I had the building I was in explode and my boss hurled into a pit. I'm losing control and it scares me. Those things that attacked us were not orcs. The orcs have brought with them the darkest things this city has ever seen. May Yenna guide our souls.
The Invasion
I have never been more scared in my life. The city is burning and I can hear my people screaming. I sit here waiting for the orcs to break down the door yet they don't even want me to use my magic. I feel like the world is crashing down around me and everything I once knew will soon be ashes. Yenna wants me to save them but I must keep Quinn alive. Without him the rest of us will starve or worse. I have to be strong for them but I don't know if I have the will power. May Yenna guide my soul.
