Lily Sparrow -- sometimes called Lily of the Sparrow or by her title, Baba Yaga -- was a prominent figure in the history of Golarion, having founded Irrisen at some point before the Lost Age. Even after most historical records faded from the planet, evidence of the witch's work could be found on nearly every plane and continent, meaning that she was a worldy power whose magics were strong enough to survive the tests of time. Gaezel Penumbra claims that she is the last daughter of the Sparrow house, but given the nature of the family's history, this is impossible to confirm.
