Harmonic Trinitarianism

Harmonic Trinitarianism is an organized religion founded by the First Ones, who believed that all of existence could be split into a harmonic trinity -- loosely translated into Common as Body, Mind, and Soul. While the faith fell out of prominence with the mysterious disapperance of its creators, Harmonic Trinitarianism is still studied by historians and scientists interested in its followers.

Cosmological Views

Harmonic Trinitarianism believes that the entirety of this existence is a dream crafted by the eternal Godhead, which is demolished and recrafted with each subsequent awakening. Followers believe that billions of such universes have existed in sequence, each only slightly different from the previous, and that only those who obtain true enlightenment can surpass this cosmic infinity. As the Godhead is the only known creature to live outside this realm, followers of Harmonic Trinitarianism behold him as an exemplar of the faith, and strive to learn from his every aspect.

Tenets of Faith

Rather than an absolute list of moral commandments, followers of Harmonic Trinitarianism were expected to keep their bodies, minds, and souls in balance, and to seek the betterment of all three aspects equally. In addition, they were to look after the Harmonic Trinity of the universe, including the land on which they thrived (attributed to Body), the living creatures around them (attributed to Mind), and the cosmic forces underpinning existence (attributed to Soul, and includes the will of the gods). How followers achieved these goals were largely up to the invididual, and were completely neutral in their moral expectation.

Granted Divine Powers

Although there are no known followers of Harmonic Trinitarianism that have been granted divine powers, some scholars believe that the First Ones were gifted knowledge of the universe as a result of their faith, leading to the absolute magitechnological prowess still unmatched today. A sect of the Disciple's followers believe he achieved the power of a Saint by practicing Harmonic Trinitarianism, but the Saint has neither confirmed nor denied these suspicions.
