Ereban Empire

The Ereban Empire was formed in the late years of the First Age, approximately 1122 FA, from the Ereban Brotherhood, a guild of clerics and paladins who worshiped the God Raujlac. Since its founding, the Ereban Empire has pushed to be a safe haven for those whom were tainted by the Sunder and the dark energies that created dark elves and tieflings, something that followers of the Righteous believe is sacrilege.

Structure

The Ereban Empire is lead by the High Priestess, Lemiha Vildimire, who is the highest ranking official of the Empire and considered one of the Three Archons of the World. She leads the church, called Zii'tah, or 'Spirit Pact', which is the governing body of the Empire.   Second to her is the Council of the Priestess, also known as the High Inquisition. It is here that the four Lord Inquisitors of the Empire reside, one for each corner of the Empire. They are:
  • Lord Inquisitor of the North West: Lord Daedron Ahr'vorn
  • Lord Inquisitor of the North East: Lord Gavardo Feralwind
  • Lord Inquisitor of the South East: Lady Kyria Minethel
  • Lord Inquisitor of the South West: Lord Igathorn Carnus
These Lords represent their respective regions to the High Priestess, who deals in all matters escalated to her court.   Adjacent to the High Inquisition is the Council of Spaan. This council represents the Military Affairs of the Empire, seperate from the High Inquisition's control over the Paladin Order known as the Valden Knights. At the highest of the council rests the Lord Colonels. These Lords are tasked with assignment to each of the Lord Inquisitors as their military advisor, with the supreme power of the military still residing with the High Priestess. However, she tends to leave matters of the military kind to the Lord Colonels.

  • Lord Colonel of the South East: Lord Ekoth Mesogal
