Kingdom of Alterra
Alterra is a magocracy that is lead by a council of mages, with the Supreme Mage Raven Claw being the Archon and the leader of the Kingdom. Alterra most closely resembles that of which remains of the Dwenmir Alliance and is a mostly free society of peoples governed by a fairly light law system and open practice of religion. Alterra is predominately human, but also has the presence of a healthy mix races, given its geographical significance.

Worship of all practices and Gods is free in Alterra, with some minor restrictions to prevent the worship of dangerous deities under a list maintained by the Halls of Primordial Arcana.
