Soar's father was a somewhat selfish and impatient man. Quick to make a choice but not always the best one. It's caused trouble for their people as choices and deals have cost them deals which have worked against them as a people, costing them resources that would make their people prosper greatly and have instead cost them.
Upon his father's retirement after realising the will of his people were against him, he passed the mantle onto him and he made the choice to make deals with other races.
This has given what most people need, work and purpose. But the distance between wealth and purpose are still too tight for his people to truly enjoy it and so he fights doggedly to ensure that wealth.

Soar Sea spear, the king of the Sky Serpent Tribe is a good honest man. This honesty brought upon him by two people, his mother and his brother.
His father taught him everything he needed to know when it came to fighting, that a personal touch is always the best touch for the victory to be won. That it will teach people to love them.
