His brother, the king is Vanguard and himself as the rear Guard, ensuring victory, most importantly with the wisdom his father and mother bring in the background in order to ensure cooperative deals across the country while at the same time trying their damndest to be taken as powerful and wealthy where it matter most, in the Boko-ni-bo-pha.

Rock is the one mother stuck to the most closely but that did not mean he was in anyway, soft. His mother as much the armour wielding warrior as his father, but the lessons were very different.
His mother taught him to be more wary, to choose fights better than his brother, that despite the reality that he is two minutes behind, as long as he is smart and patient, he will be ale to do much more than his own brother.
But on the condition that he let his brother be king. Not to undermine him but support him fully in such a time of need.
His mother is still teaching them both, but it's the brother who is still listening intently.

Accomplishments & Achievements
One of his largest accomplishments was a deal he made with the Corsairs. This was a deal to secure ships unique to the Sky Serpent Tribes. These ships ranged from military vessels to transportation. On the specific condition that there are soldiers on every long distance ship the corsairs possess.
It committed far too many soldiers to the cause, stretching the sky serpents thin, but it also secured a method of transportation.
The Corsairs are the baseline of the trades within the Serpent Tribe and every other tribe. It also ensures sea worthiness and military experience as most vessels will be attacked.
