Zandi looked back to her target when the wooden bowl of her treats was placed in the kitchen counter. Excited she put hand into the bowl and it was joined by two others. Zandi’s scowl was cut off when she realised the other two hands belonged to Macy and Alicia, Alicia was a shock. Suddenly her arms stopped shaking.

Alicia Brim was the first person she’d met when thrown on the day after her flight ceremony. They’d been best friends ever since and there was no doubt that would ever change.

“See how far you can put the biscuit in without the milk touching your fingers.” Alicia said giggling at some untold joke

This was one of Alicia’s favourite things in the world. She never really cared about wining, she was one of the few children, adults too, who cared more about a game than winning. Each girl raced to pull a biscuit out and dunk it before the other.
