Udor Flamesinger

Udor Flamesinger is a natural philosopher with a specialised interest in marine life who lives in Ambercove.
He resides in a tall tower that is easily recognisable in the city as it looks somewhat like a tiered lighthouse of spiralling red and blue stone.
Udor is an aide to Archduke Beringer Redaxe and often advises him on matters pertaining to magic and the ocean.

Appearance and Mannerisms

Tall and regal-looking when in the company of the Archduke, Udor has long white hair and a long, though neatly trimmed beard. He likes to wear deep blue robes, and is often seen accompanied by his osprey, Gust.
Outside his attendance of the Archduke rumour has it that Udor is a very different person; a serial womanizer and a greedy old goat who likes to drink. He also has paranoid tendencies.

Notable Achievements

Udor is a respected authority on maritime matters that pertain to nature. Captains of fishing vessels often pay him a visit with exotic gifts in tow to ask about the movements of fish populations and dangerous predators.
