The Free City of Ilensil
An Autonomous city-state located in eastern Oroii. While they are still technically part of the Eleann, practically they only give them lip service and consider themselves an independent state, with their own culture and traditions.
It's the largest elven city in the continent and it is said to be one of the most heavily fortified city on the western part of the world. This is because of their proximity to the Nay-Gissar.
Ilensil also houses a large minority of Suun-Zie people. Some of which are refugees from Nay-Gissar.

Originally founded by the merchant-settlers of the old empire.
